Residential quarter “Magnum”
Our client is a young active couple who welcomes guests and hosts parties.
We agreed that their apartment should be a multi-functional space to reflect their nature and dynamic lifestyle. On weekends a minimalist kitchen, spacious living room and a study turn into one big sitting area suitable for friends or family gatherings. On weekdays thanks to sliding glass partitions one can retire to study or work in peace and quiet.
This design turned out to be timeless. The apartment bathes in natural sunlight and is decorated with plain colors and natural materials. Furniture is modern and comfortable, pieces of contemporary art are added to the mixture. Different floor covering, tall wood bookcases and individual lighting separate kitchen/dining and living room zones.
Master bedroom is decorated in different shades of grey with some splashes of bright color - turquoise velvet ottoman next to the dressing table. Master bedroom has a master bathroom and a devoted spacious walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom, additional bathroom, two large wardrobes and a separate laundry room were added to the project for owners convenience.
